Digital Charlotte collaborates frequently with public and private agencies and organizations on community-wide events promoting digital and media literacy.

Neighborhood Communication Workshops

Digital Charlotte works with the City of Charlotte’s neighborhood services team to offer workshops in strengthening neighborhood communications. The workshops focus on best practices, including the development of a communication strategy, selection of communication tools, social media, blogging, email newsletters and other topics.

Neighborhood Toolkit

The Neighborhood Toolkit contains all of the resources provided at our workshops, and can be used by neighborhood leaders to create a dialogue and engage in basic communication training in their local communities.
