Advent Coworking – Podcast University
January 22 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm$349
Podcasting has grown in popularity over the years, as evidenced by the number of podcasts hosted out of the Advent podcast studio. For newcomers, the podcasting process can seem overwhelming. What equipment do you need? How does it all work? How does your show get on iTunes? How do you go about getting great guests on your show? How do you get people to listen? And, importantly, how are you going to do all this on a budget??
Whether you’re a hobbyist or you’re ready to create a business and a brand around your podcast “From Idea to iTunes” will provide participants with everything needed to bring their vision to life. From learning the equipment, fine-tuning a podcast idea, getting your podcast on iTunes, connecting with potential guests and sponsors, this course will cover it all.
Robert Ingalls of the Future Self Podcast will be the course instructor. As a podcast consultant, Robert works with brands to help them develop and launch their own podcasts to bring their unique message to more ears than ever before. He hosts the Future Self Podcast and soon-to-launch Getting Over the Girl Podcast. Robert is also the Director of Startup Grind Charlotte, a global startup community designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs.
The course will be on four consecutive Mondays with the kickoff class on January 22. The full course, including studio time and one-on-one consultation with Robert Ingalls is $349 for an individual, or $600 for two people to sign up together (company, partners, etc.). Sign up on the Advent website, adventcoworking.com.
